Founded by co-owners who understand the journey from desperation to hope, Be Well Solutions was born from the profound intersection of personal experience and professional calling. Our sanctuary in the Florida Panhandle exists because we know what it means to search for answers when conventional treatments fall short.
Diane’s journey to founding Be Well Solutions began with her own transformative experience with ketamine therapy, followed by the devastating loss of her son to brain health struggles. What could have remained personal tragedy became profound purpose. Through her grief, Diane discovered that healing requires more than just medical intervention—it demands a space where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and supported without judgment.
Her personal understanding of both the hope that effective treatment can bring and the despair that untreated conditions create drives every aspect of how Be Well Solutions operates. Diane knows firsthand that the right treatment at the right time can mean the difference between despair and renewed possibility.

To provide comprehensive brain health care through specialists offering whole-person, evidence-based treatments for individuals who haven't found relief or success with conventional approaches.
To provide sanctuary in the Florida Panhandle where those facing neurological and mental health conditions can find hope, healing, and comprehensive care delivered without judgment in a warm environment designed specifically for recovery.
Rather than offering single-treatment approaches, we integrate multiple evidence-based therapeutic modalities under one roof. Each treatment is backed by peer-reviewed research and FDA clearances, but more importantly, they work synergistically when properly coordinated.
Healing happens in environments that feel safe and nurturing. Our treatment spaces include aromatherapy, customized lighting, and carefully selected music. We believe the experience of receiving care should itself be therapeutic, not institutional.
Our protocols are built on NewMind’s comprehensive framework, treating you as a whole person within the context of your life circumstances. We understand that brain health cannot be separated from overall wellbeing and life experiences.
Our clinical team includes three Nurse Practitioners and one Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, each bringing specialized expertise in brain health and innovative therapeutic approaches. Every team member is trained in the compassionate delivery of evidence-based treatments.
Marmaduke, our therapy dog, provides comfort and emotional support to our clients, embodying our belief that healing involves the whole person.
We understand that reaching out for help with brain health challenges requires courage. That’s why we offer free consultations—because the first step toward healing shouldn’t involve financial barriers.
Every consultation begins with listening to your story, understanding your journey, and exploring how our comprehensive approach might offer the hope you’ve been seeking.
